Asset management of corporate investment funds

We provide management services for both newly created funds and funds whose members have decided to change their asset management company.

Management is carried out on the basis of the contract concluded between the Asset Management Company and the fund.

The fee of an asset management company (other than a venture fund asset management company) is defined as a percentage of the value of net assets.

The remuneration of the venture fund asset management company is defined as a percentage of the value of net assets and/or the increase in the value of net assets.
